Which AI assistants work with Boomlink?+
ChatGPT (Plus or Team), Claude Desktop, Claude Code, and any MCP-compatible client. Boomlink uses MCP (Model Context Protocol), an open standard — so any AI that speaks MCP can connect.
Is Boomlink free?+
Yes. The free plan includes 3 sites with all features — pages, menus, forms, design tokens, site blocks, and publishing. Paid plans add more sites, custom domains, and priority support.
How many sites can I create?+
3 sites on the free plan, each with unlimited pages. Upgrade anytime for more sites and custom domain support.
Can I use my own domain?+
Yes. Add a custom domain in your dashboard, set up a CNAME record (or use our proxy for apex domains), and SSL is provisioned automatically. Your site is live on your domain in minutes.
How do form submissions work?+
Visitors fill out forms on your site, and every submission is stored in your dashboard. You can view individual responses, export as CSV, and optionally get email alerts for new submissions.
What types of menus can I create?+
Header, footer, and sidebar menus. Menu items can link to internal pages or external URLs, and you can nest items to create dropdowns. Ask your AI to set them up or edit them in the dashboard.
What are site blocks?+
Reusable code snippets — JavaScript, CSS, meta tags, JSON-LD, or custom HTML — injected at specific positions (head, body start, body end). Use them for analytics tracking, custom fonts, SEO tags, and third-party integrations.
What is MCP?+
MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard that lets AI assistants connect to external tools. Boomlink uses MCP so your AI can create, edit, and publish websites on your behalf — all through conversation.
Can I export my site?+
Yes. Export as static HTML and deploy anywhere — Cloudflare Pages, Vercel, Netlify, or your own server. You own your output.
