By accessing and using Boomlink ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Boomlink platform, including all related services, features, content, and applications offered by Agimon Pty Ltd. ("we," "us," or "our").
2. Service Description
Boomlink is an AI-powered marketing automation platform that enables users to:
- Generate professional marketing landing pages using AI
- Create and manage marketing campaigns
- Host and publish landing pages with custom domains
- Track campaign performance and analytics
- Integrate with third-party marketing tools
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
3.2 Account Security
You agree to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Subscription and Billing
4.1 Subscription Plans
Boomlink offers multiple subscription tiers:
- Monthly ($9.99/month): Full access to all features, billed monthly
- Quarterly ($12.99/quarter): Full access with quarterly billing
- Annually ($19.99/year): Best value with annual billing
4.2 Payment Terms
Subscriptions are billed according to your selected plan. All payments are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in these Terms.
4.3 Automatic Renewal
Paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal.
5. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Violate any laws or regulations
- Infringe upon intellectual property rights
- Transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
- Use the Service for any illegal or harmful activities
- Create content that is misleading, deceptive, or fraudulent
- Resell or redistribute the Service without authorization
- Exceed usage limits of your subscription plan
6. Intellectual Property
6.1 Our Property
All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including software, text, images, and logos, are owned by Agimon Pty Ltd. and protected by intellectual property laws.
6.2 Your Content
You retain ownership of content you create using the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a license to host, store, and process your content as necessary to provide the Service.
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your data in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Your use of these integrations is subject to the respective third-party terms and conditions. We are not responsible for third-party services' availability, functionality, or content.
9. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AGIMON PTY LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
Our total liability for any claims under these Terms shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agimon Pty Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
11. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including breach of these Terms.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
